Kadans Science Partner (Kadans) are committed to bringing forward a series of investments within the new district of Tileyard Quarter. We will be delivering several new high-quality research and development facilities located within the King’s Cross Knowledge Quarter area.

Kadans have ownership of four separate sites within Tileyard Quarter. The new campus will provide a mix of uses, creating a quantum of space to attract and retain occupiers through the ever-changing demands of science. As an active landlord in the areas we operate, the buildings will engage existing and new businesses to the Caledonian and wider area to create a vibrant neighbourhood of science and creativity.

With the construction of 5-10 Brandon Road at completion stage, we will continue the Tileyard Quarter delivery plan and commence works at 4 Brandon Road to provide complimentary space for incoming occupiers.
