Delivering a new science and innovation hub within the Tileyard Quarter
Kadans Science Partner (“Kadans”) are pleased to announce proposals for a landmark, high-quality, innovation space at 18-23 Tileyard Road in Kings Cross Knowledge Quarter.
We have made the decision to update the proposals and submit a new application that will allow us to improve upon the existing plans for separate developments across both 18 – 20 and 22 – 23 Tileyard Road.
Having already obtained permission across these sites, we have been listening to prospective occupiers, as well as drawing on our own experience delivering Mayde and Versa on neighbouring Brandon Road.
A single, unified laboratory will create the right conditions for innovation to flourish, partners to collaborate and retain this talent pool in the area overtime. Not only will this attract innovative tenants, but we envisage that the site would become a landmark development in the Knowledge Quarter. It would showcase the best of what Islington can offer to the knowledge intensive industries and further cement the Borough as a hub for collaborative growth.
