About Kadans
We are long-term occupiers and investors in our sites and the communities we operate in. We are currently constructing 5-10 Brandon Road for R&D facilities and are preparing separate proposals for 18-20 Tileyard Road and will consult with you on these when we further develop our ideas for that site.

Kadans is currently present on 26 campuses and science parks, in 6 countries, where we operate over 750,000 m2 of space for over 450 tenants, including start-ups, scaleups, corporates, government bodies and educational institutes.
